We want you to be delighted with every purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled for both physical products and training services (courses, sessions, memberships) bought from Excellence Shooting Sports Club, www.excellenceshooting.com

This policy applies to all products and services sold on our website.

Returns & Refunds

General rule

• Return window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, unless otherwise stated below.

• Defective / Damaged items: Report within 3 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund (we will cover return shipping for defective items).

• Consumables & safety items: For health/safety reasons, ammo/pellets, targets once opened, and other consumables are non-returnable once the original sealed packaging is opened. Unopened, sealed consumables may be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.

• Final sale items: Items clearly marked as Final Sale / Clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

Condition of returned items

• Items must be returned in original condition, with tags/labels/packaging intact.

• We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for items returned damaged or showing signs of use beyond inspection.

Return shipping & restocking

• For returns due to buyer’s remorse (change of mind), the buyer pays return postage and a restocking fee of 10% may apply to large/electronic items.

• For defective items or errors on our part, we pay return shipping and waive any restocking fees.

Refund timing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank / card processing times may vary.

Orders & Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or delivered incorrectly, contact us immediately at support@excellenceshooting.com or call (+91) 77960 97999

with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the issue—offering replacement or full refund depending on the outcome.

How to Request a Return / Refund

1. Email support@excellenceshooting.com with: subject “Return / Refund — Order #XXXXX”, and include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective).

2. We’ll respond within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions.

3. Pack the item securely (with original packaging). For returns that the customer pays for, we recommend using a tracked courier.

4. Ship the item to the return address provided in the authorization email.

5. After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days and notify you by email.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank or card account depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, model, or product, follow the Returns process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process exchanges once the original item is received and inspected.

Exceptions & Special Cases

• Custom / personalised items (if offered) are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Promotional purchases / discounted bundles: Refunds will reflect the price actually paid.

• Free items or samples sent with orders are not eligible for return.
